Does Indonesia need to be a member of ICC (International Criminal Court) ?. The prosecution for the people who attack the churches is very light in Indonesia. This is caused by the using of chapter number 335 of KUHP (The Law Book of Crime) about the oppression. This chapter does not mention about the politic or religion and humanity crime.
